Program Overview:

This 6-month mentorship program is designed to guide a 12-17 year-old teens through positive growth, accountability, emotional maturity, communication improvement, and confidence building through weekly mentoring sessions and structured activities.

Program Structures

  • Duration: 6 Months Sessions:

MONTHLY DEVELOPMENT PHASES

Month 1 — Building Trust & Self-Awareness

GOAL: Create connection, understand behavior patterns, and establish respect. WEEKLY TOPIC:
